HOME STRENGTHENING GUIDE

Dear Reader: This Home Strengthening Guide is the College’s gift to the people of the Caribbean. It contains sufficient information to economically strengthen your timber or masonry house to increase its likelihood of surviving earthquakes and hurricanes.

While the Guide allows you to economically strengthen your house, for completeness, let me recommend that you read “Attraction is a Feeling, Love is a Promise” at this link which is guaranteed to strengthen your home.

The Home Strengthening Guide contains drawings that can be provided to contractors for pricing. It also contains an example basic contract. The Guide can be accessed and printed by clicking on the following link.
